Many of you have seen the heartbreaking scenes of intense flooding, beach erosion and destruction caused my higher tides and offshore storms from El Nino. It is not only in Long Beach, but also in Malibu, Newport, Laguna and many other SoCal coastal towns. While we appreciate your concern, we want to ensure you that Dockside B&B and the majority of Long Beach is safe and unaffected. We are located in a protected marina inside the breakwater.
If, it any time, the comfort and safety of our guests were in question, we would cancel (without penalty) your stay before your arrival.
